We built the dashboard we wish existed

Dashified started because the founders were ecommerce sellers first. We knew the pain of having data everywhere and clarity nowhere. So we built the tool we always wanted.

The story

In 2023, Alex Rivera was running a seven-figure Shopify brand with a presence on Amazon and a growing Etsy channel. Every morning, he'd open six browser tabs: Shopify Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and a spreadsheet he updated manually. Two hours later, he'd have a rough picture of what happened yesterday — but still no clarity on why it happened or what to do about it.

He met Mia Chen at an ecommerce conference in late 2023. Mia had spent the previous three years building data pipelines for ecommerce companies and watching operators struggle with the exact same fragmentation. They started talking about what a purpose-built analytics tool for multi-channel sellers could look like — not a general BI tool, not a Shopify plugin, but something designed from the ground up for the way real ecommerce operators actually work.

Dashified launched its first private beta in early 2025 with 40 sellers. The feedback was immediate and consistent: the AI Daily Briefing was the thing people talked about most. Not the charts. Not the integrations. The fact that they could wake up and read a plain-English paragraph about their business before getting out of bed.

Today, Dashified is in active development and growing a community of early-access sellers across Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, and more. We're a small team with a clear mission: make it possible for any ecommerce operator to understand their business as clearly as a Fortune 500 company — without a team of analysts.

Our Mission

Give every ecommerce operator the same data clarity that enterprise brands have — in 30 seconds a day, not 3 hours.

What we believe

Clarity over complexity

Ecommerce data is already complicated. Our job is to make it simple — not to impress you with features, but to give you answers. Every design decision we make asks: does this make things clearer?

Honest with your data

We use read-only connections to your platforms. We never write to your stores, never sell your data, and never use your business data to train models without your explicit consent.

Built for operators, not analysts

Dashified is built for the founder who manages their own ads and the operations director who checks inventory before bed — not for a data analyst with a BI tool and three hours to spare.

Customers as partners

Our best features have come directly from customer conversations. We read every support ticket, respond to every email, and run monthly calls with power users. If you have an idea, we want to hear it.

The team

Alex Rivera

Co-Founder & CEO

Alex spent 8 years building and operating ecommerce brands across Shopify and Amazon before co-founding Dashified. He knows firsthand what it feels like to stare at 6 dashboards and still not know your numbers.

M

Mia Chen

Co-Founder & Head of Product

Mia led data science teams at two ecommerce SaaS companies before Dashified. She holds a degree in Applied Mathematics and is obsessed with making complex data understandable to non-technical operators.

S

Sam Park

Head of Engineering

Sam was a senior engineer at a unicorn logistics startup before joining Dashified. He architected the real-time data pipeline that powers the Dashified Score and AI briefing engine.
