How it works
Create a Loop API key with the Returns scope and paste it on your Dashified integrations page.
Dashified syncs each return's status, products, return reasons, refund amount and order number. Customer emails are stored only as a one-way hash, used for matching.
Returns count toward each product's issue score on the Support page, alongside product tickets and low-star reviews, per 100 units sold.
Returns that are updated later, such as when they're refunded or closed, are picked up on the next sync.
Return rate per product
Returns are measured against units sold in the same period, so a best-seller isn't flagged just for selling more.

The reasons customers chose in Loop are kept with each return, so you can see why a product comes back, not just how often.
