Star Ratings, Tickets and Returns in One Score per Product
Dashified adds your Yotpo product reviews to support tickets and returns, and ranks products by issues per 100 units sold. The products quietly costing you money show up even when their average rating looks fine.
What Dashified syncs from Yotpo
How it works
Connect your Yotpo account from your Dashified integrations page.
Dashified syncs each product review's star rating, product and date. Unpublished reviews are removed, and site (store) reviews are skipped.
On the Support page, 1 and 2 star reviews count toward each product's issue score, along with product tickets and returns, per 100 units sold.
Average rating and review count appear next to each product's ticket and return numbers.
One ranked list of problem products
Low-star reviews, product complaints and returns are added up per 100 units sold, so a best-seller isn't flagged just for being popular.
Catch what ratings hide
Most unhappy customers never leave a review. Putting ratings next to tickets and returns shows problems that ratings alone miss.
Ratings next to sales
See each product's average rating next to units sold, without opening Yotpo's review manager.
Read-only
Dashified only reads reviews. It doesn't send review requests or change your widgets.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Dashified sync UGC, Loyalty or SMS data from Yotpo?
No. This integration covers product reviews and star ratings.
Does connecting Yotpo cost anything on my Yotpo plan?
No. Dashified only reads reviews. It doesn't send review requests or use your monthly order allowance.
How are reviews matched to products?
By the product ID Yotpo stores with each review, which Shopify stores set to the Shopify product ID. Reviews for products with no sales in the selected period are left out of the score.
Will this change the review widgets on my storefront?
No. Your Yotpo widgets keep running exactly as configured.
