How Dashified generates your personalized daily business briefing.
Every morning at 7 AM, Dashified generates a plain-English summary of your store’s prior day performance using Claude (Anthropic). Here’s how it works and what to expect.
What’s Included
- Yesterday’s revenue, orders, and AOV compared to the same day last week
- Top-selling products and any unusual velocity spikes
- Ad performance highlights (if Meta Ads or Google Ads is connected)
- Email campaign results (if Klaviyo is connected)
- Notable alerts triggered in the last 24 hours
- One AI-generated recommendation based on current trends
How It’s Generated
Dashified builds a structured data snapshot of your store’s metrics and sends it to Claude (Anthropic) with a prompt template. The model generates a natural language summary that is then stored and displayed in your dashboard.
Your raw order data is never sent to Anthropic. We send only aggregated statistics (e.g., “Revenue: $4,812, Orders: 38, AOV: $126.6”) — no customer PII, no email addresses.
Customizing Your Summary
On the Growth plan and above, you can add custom context to your AI summaries:
- Upcoming promotions or sales events
- Product launches or inventory arrivals
- Ad budget changes
Go to Settings → AI Preferences to add context notes that will be included in every summary generation.
Summary History
All generated summaries are stored and accessible from the AI tab in your dashboard. You can browse up to 90 days of history on any paid plan.
Generating On-Demand
If you need a fresh summary mid-day, click Regenerate on the AI Summary card. This uses one of your monthly AI generation credits (50 included on Starter, unlimited on Pro+).
