Connecting Gorgias

Link your Gorgias account to sync your support ticket volume into Dashified.

Connecting Gorgias takes about a minute and uses Gorgias’s official OAuth flow. Dashified requests read-only access to your tickets and customers. You can start the connection from Dashified or from the Gorgias App Store; both end at the same Gorgias approval screen.

Prerequisites

  • A Gorgias account
  • Admin access to your Gorgias account
  • A Dashified account (free trial is fine)

Connect from Dashified

  1. In Dashified, go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Click Connect next to Gorgias.
  3. Enter your Gorgias subdomain — the part before .gorgias.com in your helpdesk URL (e.g., if you access Gorgias at mystore.gorgias.com, enter mystore) — and click Connect with Gorgias.
  4. You’ll be redirected to Gorgias to sign in and approve read-only access to Tickets and Customers. Click Allow.
  5. You’ll be redirected back to Dashified. The integration status will show Syncing while we fetch your data.

Connect from Gorgias

  1. In Gorgias, go to Settings → App Store and search for Dashified.
  2. Open the Dashified app and click Connect App. Gorgias sends you to Dashified.
  3. Sign in to Dashified, or create an account if you don’t have one yet.
  4. Choose the Dashified workspace that should receive your Gorgias data. You’re then sent back to Gorgias to approve read-only access to Tickets and Customers. Click Allow.
  5. You’ll land on the Gorgias integration page in Dashified, which shows Syncing while the first sync runs.

Data We Sync

  • Support tickets — Every ticket from the last 90 days, with its open or closed status

Where to Find Your Data

Ticket volume appears as the Support Conversations metric on the Customers page, with the number of open tickets alongside it. You don’t need a store connected to see it, but connecting your store (Shopify, for example) adds customer and order analytics to the same page so you can read ticket trends against order volume.

Troubleshooting

  • Authorization declined — You’ll need to click Allowon the Gorgias consent screen, not Deny, for the connection to complete.
  • Wrong subdomain — Double-check the subdomain matches exactly what appears before .gorgias.com when you’re logged into Gorgias.
