Score Ranges
- 80–100 (Excellent) — Your store is performing well across most dimensions.
- 60–79 (Good) — Solid fundamentals with room to improve.
- 40–59 (Needs Attention) — Several areas require focus.
- 0–39 (Critical) — Multiple dimensions are underperforming.
How to Improve Your Score
Each sub-score card in your dashboard shows specific recommendations. For example:
- Low Inventory score → Check your low-stock alerts and reorder levels.
- Low Marketing score → Review your ROAS by channel and pause underperforming ad sets.
- Low Retention score → Set up a post-purchase email sequence in Klaviyo.
Data Requirements
For the most accurate score, connect at least one sales channel (Shopify or WooCommerce) and one ad platform (Meta Ads or Google Ads). Scores calculated with limited data will show a confidence indicator.
