Send Dashified Alerts to Microsoft Teams
Post Dashified alerts straight into a Microsoft Teams channel using Teams' Workflows app.
Dashified can post alerts into a Microsoft Teams channel as formatted Adaptive Cards, with a button linking back to your Alerts page.
Using the Workflows app, not Connectors
Microsoft retired the old Office 365 Connectors ("Incoming Webhook" under a channel's Connectors menu) in 2026. Webhooks are now created through the Workflows app instead — the steps below reflect the current method.
Create a Teams Webhook via Workflows
- In Teams, open the channel you want alerts posted to, click ··· next to the channel name, and select Workflows.
- Search for the "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received" template and select it.
- Confirm the destination team and channel, then click Add workflow / Save.
- Once created, copy the generated webhook URL (a long
logic.azure.comlink) — treat it like a password, since anyone with the URL can post to that channel.
Connect It to Dashified
- In Dashified, go to Settings → Notifications.
- Paste the URL into the Microsoft Teams Notifications field.
- Click Send Test to confirm the workflow fires, then Save Webhook.
Each alert is sent as an Adaptive Card with the title, severity-colored text, and a View Alerts action button, so anyone on the channel can jump straight into Dashified.
