Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. We do not accept PayPal or bank transfers at this time.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (equivalent to 17% off). You can switch to annual billing from Settings → Billing.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven’t added a payment method, your account is downgraded to read-only mode. Your data is retained for 30 days. Add a card at any time to reactivate.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. After that, we don’t offer prorated refunds for partial months but you can cancel at any time.
