Getting Started with Dashified

Set up your account and connect your first store in under 10 minutes.

Dashified is a multi-channel ecommerce analytics platform. This guide walks you through creating your account, connecting your first store, and understanding the dashboard.

1. Create Your Account

Go to dashified.com/signupand enter your email address and a secure password. You’ll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account. No credit card is required for your 14-day free trial.

2. Create a Workspace

After verifying your email, you’ll be prompted to name your workspace. A workspace represents one business (e.g., “Luminary Apparel”). You can have multiple workspaces on Pro and Agency plans.

3. Connect Your First Integration

Navigate to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to your platform. We currently support:

  • Shopify (orders, products, inventory)
  • WooCommerce (orders, products)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
  • Google Ads (campaigns and ROAS)
  • Klaviyo (email campaigns and flows)
  • CSV Import (historical data)

Follow the OAuth prompts for each platform. Dashified uses read-only API access — we never write to your store.

4. Wait for the Initial Sync

The first sync pulls your last 90 days of orders. Depending on your order volume, this takes 1–5 minutes. You’ll see a progress indicator in the Integrations panel. Once complete, your dashboard will populate with real data.

5. Explore Your Dashboard

The main dashboard shows Revenue, Orders, AOV, New vs. Returning Customers, Dashified Score, and your AI Daily Summary. Use the date picker to change the reporting window (7d, 30d, 90d, custom).

6. Set Up Alerts

Go to Alerts → Create Rule. Select a metric (e.g., Daily Revenue), a condition (drops below $1,000), a time window, and your notification channels (email, in-app). Dashified evaluates rules every 30 minutes.

Pro tip

Enable Demo Mode to explore Dashified with pre-loaded sample data before connecting your real store. Find it at Settings → Demo Mode.
