AI Voice Assistant

How the PIN-based call flow and optional cloned voices work, for support and onboarding.

The AI Voice Assistant is an Agency-plan feature that lets a client call in and talk through their real Dashified data with an AI, instead of scheduling a recurring check-in call with your team.

How Clients Start a Call

  1. From their Reports page, the client clicks Call to discuss this report and picks a period (today, this week, this month, or this quarter).
  2. Dashified shows them a phone number and a 6-digit code, valid for 30 minutes.
  3. They call the number and enter the code on their keypad, followed by the pound key.
  4. Once the code is recognized, the assistant greets them with the report’s headline and takes questions.

What the Assistant Can (and Can’t) Do

The assistant only restates and explains recommendations already generated by your Dashified AI reporting for that period — it never improvises new advice live. It can pull up specific numbers (revenue, top products, ad performance, inventory alerts) for the exact period the call is about.

Wrong or expired code

After two unrecognized attempts, the assistant explains that the line only works with a code generated from a Dashified dashboard, and ends the call. There’s no other way to reach it — this is by design, to keep the line self-contained and secure.

Cloned Voices

By default, every call uses a shared professional voice. Agencies can optionally clone a specific team member’s voice instead — with that person’s own recorded consent — and assign it to specific clients, so those clients hear a familiar voice on every call. Set this up from Settings → Voice Assistant.

Usage & Billing

Calls are funded from a prepaid balance your agency tops up in Settings, based on actual Claude and telephony usage for that call. Each cloned voice is billed as a separate monthly line item on your agency subscription. See the AI Voice Assistant feature page for an overview, or the Agency plans page for pricing.
