Send Dashified Alerts to Slack

Get critical alerts, ROAS warnings, and inventory notifications posted directly to a Slack channel in real time.

Dashified can post every alert — revenue drops, ROAS warnings, low-stock notices, AI Ad Monitor flags, and anything a custom alert rule triggers — directly into a Slack channel, so your team sees it the moment it happens without checking the dashboard.

Create a Slack Incoming Webhook

  1. In Slack, go to Apps and search for Incoming Webhooks.
  2. Click Add to Slack, choose the channel you want alerts posted to, and click Add Incoming Webhooks Integration.
  3. Copy the Webhook URL Slack generates — it looks like https://hooks.slack.com/services/T.../B.../....

Connect It to Dashified

  1. In Dashified, go to Settings → Notifications.
  2. Paste the webhook URL into the Slack Notifications field.
  3. Click Send Test to confirm it works, then Save Webhook.

What a Slack Alert Looks Like

Alerts arrive as formatted Slack messages — a bolded headline with the matching severity emoji, the full alert text, the workspace name and severity as separate fields, and a View Alerts button that jumps straight back into your Dashified Alerts page. Nothing gets buried in a wall of plain text.

Every workspace, one channel

The webhook is set per workspace. Agencies managing multiple client workspaces can point each one at a different Slack channel (or the same one) independently.

See Creating & Managing Alerts for how to set up the alert rules that get sent to Slack in the first place.
